A little about working at The Farm:
We’re a small team, which means everyone pitches in. We value dependable people who are friendly, willing to learn, comfortable talking to customers, and able to see what needs to be done without always being asked.
Some positions are seasonal or part-time, while others may have the opportunity to grow into something more.

The Farm is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing person to join our team as a Weekend Clubhouse Associate.
This is a customer-facing position and often the first interaction our guests have when they arrive. We’re looking for someone who can confidently greet customers, carry on a conversation, learn our systems quickly, and take initiative.
This is not a sit-behind-the-counter-and-scroll-your-phone kind of job. When we're busy, we're busy. When we're not, there's always something that can be cleaned, stocked, organized, or handled.
What You’ll Do
Greet and check in customers
Operate our point-of-sale system — training provided
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Assist with ammunition and pro shop sales
Answer basic questions about our courses, pricing, and services
Answer phones and assist customers
Keep the clubhouse, counter, and customer areas clean and organized
Restock merchandise and supplies
Help keep things moving during busy weekend periods
Jump in with other clubhouse duties as needed
Who We’re Looking For
You don't need experience in the shooting sports — we can teach you that. What’s harder to teach is personality, work ethic, common sense, and the willingness to jump in.
Our ideal person is:
At least 16 years old
Friendly, bubbly, and genuinely enjoys talking to people
Comfortable looking customers in the eye, starting conversations, and making people feel welcome
Smart and a fast learner
Dependable and punctual
A self-starter who notices what needs to be done without always being asked
Comfortable learning computers and POS systems
Able to multitask and stay calm when things get busy
Professional, but not stuffy
Willing to clean, organize, restock, and pitch in wherever needed
Comfortable working independently once trained
Driver’s license preferred
Schedule
This is primarily a weekend position, so Saturday and Sunday availability is important. Additional hours may occasionally be available for special events, tournaments, and busy weekends.
If you’re outgoing, reliable, quick on your feet, and the kind of person who can make a customer feel welcome the second they walk through the door, we’d love to hear from you.
Starting pay $14.00/hour
Come ready to work, learn, talk to people, and be part of the team.
Shoot an email to BROOK if you’re interested.

The Farm is looking for a dependable, hard-working student to join our team in a part-time, seasonal position. This is a little bit of everything—some days you’ll be outside working on the property, other days you may be helping inside the clubhouse or getting things ready for an event.
Pay: $14.50/hourHours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week during peak season, typically around 4 hours per weekday. Additional weekend hours may be available.
What you may be doing:
Mowing, weed eating and general groundskeeping
Filling sporting clay target machines (“traps”)
Cleaning and maintaining golf carts
General property and facility cleanup
Moving tables, chairs and equipment
Setting up and cleaning up for weddings, shoots and other events
Cleaning tables and event spaces
Helping inside the clubhouse as needed
Other general property and operations projects — there’s always something!
What we’re looking for:
Applicants should already know how to safely operate a lawn mower and weed eater and be comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes direction well, can work independently and is willing to jump in wherever they’re needed.
Added bonus: Someone who is comfortable with computers and technology and can learn new systems quickly. For the right candidate, we’re happy to train you on our point-of-sale system and other clubhouse operations.
No sporting clays experience is necessary. We’ll provide training on the course, filling target machines and all required safety procedures.
This could be a great fit for someone who likes variety and doesn’t want to do the exact same thing every day. Additional hours and continued employment may be available for the right person.
